The app may collect your real-time GPS location to display your position on the map and share it with your group or faction. Location is collected only when you enable the feature. Only the lastest location is kept.

1.2 Account Data

• User ID (automatically generated internal identifier)

1.3 Content Data

• Map markers (POI, TAGS, OPFOR, PACS)
• Information shared with your group or faction

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data to:

• Display your live location
• Share intel with your group or faction
• Manage markers on the map

Your data is never sold to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

We only share:

• Your live location, with members of your group or faction when enabled
• Markers, with the appropriate audience (group or faction depending on type)

We do not share data for advertising, marketing, or commercial use.

4. Storage and Security

We use standard security measures to protect your data. Data may be stored on servers in the European Union or in other regions with adequate protection standards.

5. Data Retention

• Temporary markers (OPFOR, PACS) expire automatically
• Persistent markers (POI, TAGS) remain until manually deleted
• Location data expire automatically
• Account data is kept as long as your account is active

You may request deletion of your account at any time.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your local laws, you may:

• Access your data
• Request correction
• Request deletion
• Disable location sharing at any moment

7. Children's Privacy

The app is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
